Warranty & Returns
Quick answers about returns and exchanges for Limbguard™ removable rigid dressings (RRDs).
RMA process
- We do not issue RMA numbers. However, you may use your own RMA as an identifier when coordinating with us.
- Please inform us of this number in advance so we can process your return efficiently.
Non-returnable items
- Opened products: any product that has been opened will not be accepted for return.
- Custom / logo orders: custom or logo-branded orders are not eligible for return.
Return window
- Returns for drop-shipped or restocked items are accepted within 90 days of the purchase order (PO) date.
- No restocking fee will be applied during this period.
Shipping returns
- All returns should be shipped to Friddle's Orthopedic Group.
- Contact us at orders@limbguard.com for the correct return address and shipping instructions.
